HD CNC MCut milling cutters made of reinforced steel are heavy machines designed for plastic, wood and non-ferrous metals treatment with larger diameter cutting tools and more powerful spindles. These machines are intended for carpentry companies. HD milling cutters are excellent choice for furniture fronts or doors treatment or plates cutting.
The independent microprocessor controller is parsing with the advance vectors of the tool path trajectory which allows to perform optimal dynamic control of the movement of all machine axis. This reduces processing time to an absolute minimum.
CNC Control System which is in fact an independent electronic controller with control software enabling the creation and editing of the tool path are Coner proprietary solutions. This allows us to provide our free software upgrades for all of our customers and significantly reduce the service time. Constant development and implementation of the latest CNC solutions provides our customers a seamless, efficient work throughout the whole lifetime of the machine.

Operators panel with LCD:
Innovative approach to work on milling plotter.
Provides the functionality of a PC with control software in a small compact housing. It frees the operator from using a desktop computer.
The panel allows full control of the machine from the calibration, settings milling parameters, measuring zero level of material through precise movements in manual mode to the milling file support.
A unique solution is displaying preview of files for cutting on the LCD panel. This allows for the initial verification of project selected for forming. An additional advantage of the operator’s panel is the ability to place sensitive to dust and the prevailing conditions in the production hall desktop computer in a separate room.
